Our founding and principal attorney, Lee Schillinger, began his career as the chief assistant city attorney for the city of Miami Beach. He also served as city attorney of North Bay Village. This municipal experience gives him an edge in municipal and zoning work including defending against accusations of code violations.

Representing ACLF Owners and Operators

We also represent owners and operators of adult congregate living facilities (ACLFs) against municipalities and homeowners associations. State statutes, municipality zoning ordinances and federal laws protect ACLF operators and facility residents. We use these laws to protect their right to operate and reside in ACLFs, and we have done this successfully in a range of cases and circumstances.
